Track ~/.aws/config (profiles only, never credentials) as a copied
config: setup.sh restores it, update.fish refreshes it. Document the
S3 state backend setup for resoftware-iac in the README, including
the config/credentials profile-header gotcha behind "failed to get
shared config profile".

Runs the whole README runbook in one go: relocates the repo off the USB
stick, installs CLT + Homebrew, brew bundle, symlinks, copied configs,
fish as default shell, and the .NET SDK, then prints the remaining
manual steps.

- Re-dump brewfile (adds postgresql@16, tree; drops typeit4me)
- Refresh claude-settings.json, hosts, and serena_config.yml from machine
- Add update.fish to actualise the copied configs in one go
- Rewrite README as a complete ordered fresh-machine setup guide
